[theme-reviewers] Are themes restricted from adding top levelmenus in WP 3.1 rc-4

I checked other themes with which add top level menu on the same
installation. There were no errors.

So, I dint screw up the installation.

When i change add_menu_page to add_theme_page, or add_options_page, these
errors dont come. So, probably there is no problem with my theme to.
