I've been contacted by a WP user with a serious concern relating to 
Panda Themes (listed near the bottom of the page)

"What they all have in common is people behind them who support open 
source, WordPress, and its GPL license."

Now have a look at Panda Themes licensing page:

Most definitely not GPL!
