[theme-reviewers] Befuddled by the theme search engine

Yes Otto, I also think there is some bug in rating functionality as  my users were also not able to give rating on my theme.  I raised this issue earlier on and found that this problem occurs everytime with users who have created their WordPress accounts recently as Emil and me were able to give rating successfully on any theme.

Last time Emil was couldn't reproduce the same issue again. So could you please create a new account and try to give rating and see what happens.
