[theme-reviewers] Change theme ownership

I need to change my/DevPress' News theme ownership over to my user 
account on WordPress.org.  DevPress is going in a different direction in 
the near future.  I'll be taking over future development of the News 
theme here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/news

What do I need to do to make this change?  Do I need to chat with Otto?
