[theme-reviewers] Theme description in Spanish

No need for strict comments, if this or any other author out there is
interested in real contribution to WordPress and fully accept
clear guidelines, not approving is more than enough. Simply add Ticket #4816
as the reference and repeat the Credit Links once again.
Credit link anchor text and title are *required* to be relevant and
appropriate with respect to the linked site. *Spam or SEO-seeded anchor text
and titles may subject Themes to automatic rejection.*
