[theme-reviewers] Listing no-title page with month-name permalink structure

That is *exactly* the problem I experienced. What is the permalink *slug*
for this Post? Dollars to doughnuts, It's "14".

1) Go to Posts -> Edit
2) Edit (no title) Post
3) Click "Edit" button for the permalink
4) Blank-out/clear the entry
5) Click "OK". WordPress will automatically apply the (correct) Post ID as
the permalink.

Now the post should be viewable.
