[theme-reviewers] Tips for Reviewing BuddyPress Themes

With regards to child themes of current BuddyPress 1.2.8 bp-default theme,
they will fail Theme Check test - many "Required" and "Recommended" issues.

Except for the README file which is currently in construction, current trunk
version of BP bp-default theme has fixed all Required and Recommended items
for some time already. Just don't know when it's going to be released :-)
