[theme-reviewers] New ticket

I did just take a look. Ultimately the only issue I found was the fact that
titles in widgets cover other text making it not readable. It was my
understanding that this would mean a theme is not approved. If that's in
error let me know.

I also looked at the functions file and nothing is prefixed so it still
shouldn't be approved but I will of course update the information once I
hear back.

A further question - At what point do you stop a review? In this case I
stopped once I found the issue with the widgets but upon further inspection
I found more issues with the theme which I wouldn't have caught if Emil
hadn't asked me for more information.
