[theme-reviewers] Question about testing content

I imported:
http://svn.automattic.com/wpcom-themes/demo/test-data.2011-01-17.xml into a
clean install with the Import feature within WordPress admin. The main
problem with the html tags is that most of them were simply omitted. Like
<li>, <sup>, <sub>, Etc.
