[theme-reviewers] Ticket Question

Chip, what do you mean when you say: "Updates must be submitted using 
the same Theme uploader that was used to upload the current Theme."

Is this not where you do it? http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/upload/

I probably should have kept my mouth shut since I've never actually 
uploaded a theme myself :)
