[theme-reviewers] Theme Request

Questions:
1) Is there a due date for reviews.  Since it's my first time I might take 
longer than usual. 

2) Is there an official step by step guide in reviewing a theme?  or is this the 
official one http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review ?
