[theme-reviewers] Getting started

Hello, I'm new to trac and wanting to contribute to the theme review
process. I've read the instructions here:
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/

The first item in the second list states: 'Pick the oldest unclaimed Theme
in the queue<https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/query?status=%21closed&order=priorityreport=9&owner=>and
"reassign to" your Trac username.' I've done this and when looking at
the trac ticket I do see any way to assign or reassign it. I'm assuming that
might be because I don't have permissions, but I might just not being seeing
where to do it.

Any ideas?
