[theme-reviewers] Trac Ticket .zip Files

There are several things I've noticed in each one:

1) a "ReadMe.txt" (note capitalization)
2) a config.ini, that has several instances of "art-metadata" string
3) a \core directory
4) style.ie6.css and style.ie7.css files
5) THEME_NS "kubrick"

etc.
