[theme-reviewers] Artiseer

I agree with auto-denying Artisteer-generated Themes. Absolutely none will
pass as-generated.

Pretty much rubbish, as far as I'm concerned. The generator appears not to
have been updated in a LONG time (it even has custom *widget*
functionality... sheesh!).
