[theme-reviewers] How much do you charge to list a them underfeatured

So I wasn't wandering off into left field after all ...

... but it does lead to the question: Should the Theme Review team be the
ones choosing Featured Themes or does it remain in the hands of those
individuals currently choosing the Featured Themes?
