[theme-reviewers] 2010 Weaver 1.3.1 BROKEN FILE!

  Hey guys -

The version of 2010 Weaver 1.3.1 available from Wordpress.org is 
COMPLETELY BROKEN!

The files on SVN are correct, but most of the files are MISSING from the 
WP.org download!

This urgently needs to be fixed.
