[theme-reviewers] ticket #1123 and ticket #1133

  I made a small mess today with LuKoo theme. While I examined its 
current ticket the author has uploaded new version, and I inadvertently 
closed the new and approved old one :)

So at the moment
   - #1123 is really reviewed (suggest-approval)  but have to be closed 
as newer-version-uploaded
   - #1133  now is closed as 'not-accepted' - should be suggest-approval 
because there are very few changes in CSS.
