[theme-reviewers] My First Suggest-Approval *sniff*

Things are getting better, 20 themes were accepted in the last 7 days,
thats 1 in 3, a huge improvement. Mainly due to our new queueing system
in trac.
Once Otto adds the theme owner as a ticket CC we will see even more as
the developers will get emails from trac when we reply and themes can be
fixed and re-uploaded once instead of 3 or 4 times.
