[theme-reviewers] Delete Portfolio Theme

If I may add another request, although I'm not the owner but the case is the
same with 'Arras' and 'Arras Theme'.
 - the old version http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/arras-theme
 - new http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/arras
