Yes. They don't have to be a full admin. There's a PERMISSIONS_ADMIN
setting, which basically just lets you give permissions to others. I
think. I need to look into it deeper.

Ideally, yes, I'd prefer this group to self-organize and self-manage.
'Cause I don't wanna do it. ;)
