[theme-reviewers] Themes With Customizable Logos *and Featured Images*

Well, we'll see how the developer responds (if at all).
I put both the Header Image and Post Thumbnail implementation under
Required, but gave code examples that should pretty well be cut-and-paste to
implement both.
