[theme-reviewers] Themes and Post Meta/Custom Fields

I had that one too ...
I don't think there is a lot that can really be done about the use of custom
fields. Obviously several themes are using them for various reasons ... the
only thing I can think of at the moment is to keep an eye out for malicious
usage.
