[theme-reviewers] Themes and Favicons

Again missing my point:
The favicon is *not part of the Theme*. It is part of the *site/owner's
identity/branding*. IMHO, it is analogous to changing the Site Title, or
Site Description, or a Gravatar.
Why should a Theme be messing with a site's favicon, without user
permission?
