[theme-reviewers] Expanding the theme uploader checker

It works, but it wouldn't have marked a failure except in the last PHP
file checked. The error would have still been shown, but it returns a
pass upstream, which means that it can show "No critical errors were
found", even if using those is considered a "critical error".
