[theme-reviewers] Calling All Theme Reviewers

We're still down our most prolific Theme reviewer (get well soon, Frumph!),
and in case anyone hasn't noticed: yesterday saw 20 previously reviewed
Themes and 4 new Themes submitted. The past two days, over 30 Themes in
total have been submitted.

I was hoping that, between last night and this morning, I could clear out
the Priority #2 (Previously Reviewed Themes) queue - but instead, I've only
barely been treading water.

Any chance anyone can help knock some tickets out this weekend?
