[theme-reviewers] Hello, just signed on to help out

Hello Folks,

I just signed up, set up a test environment, imported all that great data,
reviewed the theme requirements list(s), etc.

Is there an apprenticeship involved or what have you?  I went to trac to
take a shot at a theme but, either I'm blind or someone needs to approve me
or something because I can't figure out where to reassign a ticket to
myself?
