[theme-reviewers] Pagelines Themes: Theme URI

All of the Themes submitted by Pagelines have a "free" and a "pro" version.
The "free" version is submitted to the Repository, but the Theme URI for
every single one points to the "pro" version of the Theme. I just checked
the Pagelines website. There are no indications on the site that the "free"
Theme versions even exist - at least that I could find at first blush.

I believe this is unacceptable, and should be addressed.

I'm going to close as not-accepted the oldest such Theme in the review
queue, and that will be one of the primary comments.
