I suggest that the theme author removes the links, create a theme link for
http://www.designingflicks.com/blog/make-money-online-adsense-free-wordpress
-themes and an author link to http://designingflicks.com .. The theme link
can be used in the footer.

 

In addition the author should remove the deprecated function call (checked
only one theme) and clean up all that design mess caused by the number of
categories (menu), create proper drop down menus, solve all issues with
inconsistent design and so on. The different colors should be embedded as an
theme option.
