[theme-reviewers] Commercially Supported GPL Themes Submission

Hi!

I looked through http://www.kreativethemes.com/ but I couldn't find
any reference to specific licensing terms, or that they were licensed
under the GPL.

This was the closed thing I could find to licensing terms -
http://www.kreativethemes.com/theme-shop/pricing/ - which doesn't
appear to be compatible with the GPL.
