[theme-reviewers] TDC: Timezone-Offseet Posts

I actually came across a theme when reviewing that displayed the draft post
in the sidebar ... I'd have to look back to see if I can find the theme.
Obviously it was not accepted with that issue and I do not recall if I have
seen it re-submitted.
