True, except that, the way the current XML file imports, they don't match up.

On a clean development environment (new DB, clean WP install: 1 user (ID
1: admin), 1 post, 1 comment, 1 page), everything that imports is added as
"Test User" (ID 2). But many of the comments that are expected to be
bypostauthor (comment content says "Author comment"), well, aren't.
