[theme-reviewers] Approval to post time?

[Bruce Wampler]

Seems in the past, once a theme was approved there was very little time
until it got posted on wp.org. 2010 Weaver 1.5.1 was approved several days
ago, and has not yet appeared on wp.org. Is this now typical?
