[theme-reviewers] Oh Dear

Looks good to me, a little verbose for a pre-approved theme but nevertheless.    On pre-approved themes they've already been through the process so its okay to just cut to the chase on why its not approved.

  Yeah in libs/Constructor/Admin.php he's not specifying a direct hook to only his admin screens so they're all over the place.

    I’ll double check, but it seems to be just this theme, and the only Plugins I have installed are the usual theme testing ones.

    You sure it is not because of any plugins? Often if you have a plugin that has conflicting JS libraries this is the case.
