[theme-reviewers] How does the theme review queue work

I upload an update of my theme, after waiting for N number of days its about
to be reviewed and at this point I find a bug or add a new feature and
upload a new version.

Does this keep my theme at the top (In it's actual position before a new
version was uploaded) or is it pushed to the bottom of the queue?
