[theme-reviewers] Theme-Check RC

if you were using *nix easy!

have the svn in one folder .. TC_SVN for example

then in your plugins folder on your test environment create a symlink
to TC_SVN/trunk/ calling it theme-check

then just go into the folder and run `svn up` whenever...
windows?..not so sure but you can still do it
