[theme-reviewers] Update to review order.

Fellow Theme Reviewers,

The following list should be the review order to clear the backlog of theme
updates.  All of the tickets below are updates to themes already being
hosted on WP.org.  I also took the liberty to manually update all the
tickets below and added the theme author as a cc on the ticket.  This should
help with communication between the reviewers and theme developers.  The
list was compiled by the order of  New Versions Pending Approval ( 27 ) in
the wp.org theme admin.
