[theme-reviewers] Problem with Ticket #865

Here I get this message from SVN. Seems like there's no such theme, but 
ticket exist!?
May be it's kinda bug or may be it's removed in purpose, it doesn't 
matter for me... I need to know what should I do in this case, should I 
close the ticket?
