[theme-reviewers] THEME: Photography - 1.0

There was another theme that had huge links to pay versions, disturbed me in that part as well.

Me? I feel that the themes should be rejected if any 'advertising of the sale of items themes' and keep it to, 'only donation messages' accepted.

  seems as if I'm always the one who pulls the short straw :)

   

  I'm reviewing Photography 1.0 (http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/709) from The Theme Foundry and going to reject this theme 'cause it fails on several parts of the "Image Test". 

   

  The theme is advertizing for the PRO version. The Theme Foundry is listed on http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/commercial/. Can I expect that the PRO version is licensed under GPL?

   

  Is it just me or is the ratio between displayed-only PRO options and two options accessible in the free version disturbing?
