[theme-reviewers] Installation of Theme

Hello There,

I am a new wordpress user. I have been trying to figure out on how am I suppose 
to install the themes that are currently available at www.wordpress.org

I have downloaded them and tried to copy into the edit CSS tool in wordpress but 
to no avail. Am I missing something?
