[wp-hackers] links_recently_updated_* options

What happened to links_recently_updated_append, 
links_recently_updated_prepend, links_recently_updated_time, and 
linke_updated_date_format in 1.5?  I can't find them in the interface... 
have to use /wp-admin/options.php "easter egg" to edit them.

Also, for the _append and _prepend options, the html gets turned into 
entities.  So if you just open /wp-admin/options.php and save it without 
changing anything, the <em> and </em> for _append and _prepend get 
turned into &lt;em&gt; and &lt;/em&gt;

Should these options be altered with plugins now?
