I have a suggestion for nofollow (by all means I wouldn't use it for comment
spam). Anyway, my suggestion: add a bit of javascript to the link button in
the editor, a second prompt that asks if you want it to be a nofollow or
not. 

Reason: this would allow somebody to put a link in a post and use nofollow
if they don't want it to be indexed by google. Not the same as disabling
pingback or trackback, but still a simple addition and useful feature.
