[wp-hackers] RFC: Convert Post to Page

Has anyone found or created a way to convert or copy a post to a page?
Sometimes I'll write a post that turns out longer than I had
anticipated, or it will turn out to be something I want to highlight
on the site, and I'll decide that it needs to be its own page.

Right now that means creating a new page, and copying the content from
the post into the page, then editing the post to note that it's been
moved and point to the new page. It would be cool if on the post edit
page there was a button "Create Page from Post". This would load the
"Create Page" page with the content in place, the title and slug in
place, etc, ready for any touch-up edits I might like to make.

Thoughts?
