[wp-hackers] Code Review - 0000924: RSS2 feed does not validate when using translation mo file

I thought Matt & I fixed this already? I guess not, or maybe we 
overlooked some places. I'm glad you renamed that third argument, since 
that's what it's basically become, just a translate flag.

I like this code review idea. Good call.
