Indeed, SourceForge is currently having problems:

(  2005-02-19 13:47:06 - Project CVS Service )   On 2005-02-19, an
unplanned outage of pserver-based CVS and ViewCVS service impacted these
services for projects starting with the following letters: a, c, d, g,
u, w, x; ETA for issue resolution has not yet been determined.
