The wordpress.org site was DDOSed by refer spam attempts from Friday -> 
Sunday and had to be load balanced between apache instances and 
machines to stay up. I didn't get in things like mailman aliases 
everywhere, but with it having been cut off/settled down, will be doing 
that.
