I can almost see why this setup thing is a matter for discussion.
Of far far more importance though is the fact that the upgrade is around 
the corner and plugins wil break, static pages may break and given the 
choice between choosing a nice name or having plugins that work, every 
single person upgrading will choose the latter - they are completely 
unaffected by the discussion about 'admin' and it is a matter which 
could wait.
