I've always wondered about the utility of an RSS feed for each post's 
comments.  Is there some extension to RSS that would allow you to 
specify the location of the comment feed for an item?

The RSS 2.0 spec has the <comments> element for pointing to the comment 
form, but I wonder if there is an element such as <commentsrss>.  Seems 
obvious, maybe I missed it.
