[wp-hackers] bookmarklet pingback default fix

Wordpress does not respect the default pingback settings (confusingly 
placed in Discussion in the Options pages) when using bookmarklet.php. 
The default value of $post_pingback needs to be loaded by any file that 
includes edit-form.php.

Here is a patch to fix this behavior. It modifies only bookmarklet.php.
