We could solve the pop-up/under problem by getting rid of popups...

Perhaps we could use something like the delicious non-popup method 
where you click the toolbar button and it actually takes the page you 
were at to the wp-pressit page, and when you hit submit, it sends you 
back to the url you were at.  The example is at the del.icio.us site.
