The guy at the other end of m at wordpress.org is currently on the road
with only intermittent 9.6k access.  Amazingly, some parts of the
country don't have Starbucks with HotSpots every two blocks. ;-)

Perhaps we should have a security at wordpress.org list that spams the
devs.  That way we have some coverage when Matt is reenacting Travels
with Charley.
